Today I am reviewing a new Galaxy Note 2 Slim Case from Issentiel. This case is a pouch style case that is simple, classy, and yet very functional. As expected, the leather is very soft and a top quality It has a soft lining inside so not to scratch the phone. The case is very well made with heavy stitching around the edges of the case. It differs from many pouch style cases that I have seen however. It incorporates a strap in the case for an easy removal of the phone. Typical cases you would have to squeeze the phone out, and make take longer time than you would like, and in turn you may miss the call. Not so in this style of the case. By pulling on the strap you will be able to quickly remove the phone without any problems.
It’s hard to go wrong with leather as far as looks go. The heavy stitching along the outside and on the case to give it extra accent, but it flows nicely and doesn’t stick out too much thanks to matching the color of the leather. The “Classic” series case comes in a range of 5 colors and 2 leather options, smooth Nappa or grained Floater.
Some more details on the case. There is a subtle Issentiel brushed metal logo on the front, and an embossed company name on the back of the case. It also incorporates a four functional holes on the bottom of the case for the phone speaker.
There is not a lot of padding to be had with cases like this, since the idea here is to keep the case footprint to a minimum and give it a nice sleek look. Nonethe less the phone is completely protected and should keep your phone well protected against any scratches or bumps.
The incorporated strap is actually very solid, so you do not need to wary about ripping it out of the case. Give it a good tug and the device will pop out of the pouch with ease. This is great, since the pouch has a tight grip and it would otherwise be a little tricky to get your phone out of case.
In conclusion I would just like to say that this cases is very stylish and simple. This is a good substitution for people who do not want to have a flip cases like style.
