Toshiba has just confirmed to shipping that they will be shipping their 43nm MLC NAND-based solid state drives to five undisclosed OEMs.  No information has been disclosed on the names of the companies, what machines and of cource no informatino on the pricing what so ever.  The only information that seems to be available is the drives will range from 1.8- and 2.5-inch SSDs and the capacity of 64GB, 128GB, 256GB and 512GB.  Once we know more information, we will report.
