Apple iPhone 3GS jailbreak has been released by GeoHot. Although this is a beta version, according to some, they have had a number of successful jailbreaks of their iPhone 3GS.
As of now Dev-Team is waiting for Apple to releases iPhone OS version 3.1 before they will release their version of jailbreak.
In theory after performing the jailbreak of your iPhone, ultrasn0w should take care of the unlock, but GeoHot did not comment on it as of yet.
