A very cool new site went live that could be one of the best things happening for geeks since Facebook.  The site is called gdgt.com.  It combines the best pars of social networking, forums, news aggregation, and wiki.  GDGT presents a wide variety of tools for the hardcore gadget lover. 

Imagine an all in one place that combines all the popular tools that you can use to enhance your experience while doing what you like, read review pots track your favorite gadgets.  This is an interesting step forward for the gadget community where you can discuss all of this with the rest of the gadget minded individuals.  Some of the tools that the site contains are product comparison, ability to track gadgets, news from top gadget sites, and embeddable widgets.

The site seems to be so popular that we have not been able to get on for a while now (since its been taken down a few times), but definitely take some time to check it out, once its back up.
