Tinker is new new blogging tracker for Twitter.  It allows users to quickly browse through real-time Twitter and Facebook searches based on different events, trends and breaking news.  Tinker searches for different evens based on the new trends across all Tweets and then presents the found relevant results to you.

Tinker is working on some new updates that will allows users to search for other people on Twitter.  But its not just finding people by name, but also by location and profession.  This is a very complex feature that searches complete directory of Twitter users, listed by profession, category or interests, that helps find and filter people from a very large database.

Tinker also lets you see who is the most popular by categories, events, and breaking news by different topics, such as Technology, Media, many others.  Tinker will also offer many other features like sub categories by topic of most popular Twitter users.
