I am sure many of you already heard for TwitPic, where you can share you pictures directly through your Twitter account.  its an easy and very convenient way for you to share your pictures with everyone that is following you on Twitter.  It seems like everyone wants to share media these days and not just the current status of your mood, and I personally thing this is a right way to go.  Sharing pictures is great, but what about Video?  Well, you asked and they have answered.  Welcome to TwitVid.

TwitVid is exactly what it sounds, an easy way to share your videos on Twitter.  The are not trying to become the next largest vide sharing provider, but just to give the users more flexibility and ability to share their videos on already created account on twitter. 

You can upload your videos directly from your PC, and it could be seen by your followers once its on the server.  The upload time depends on several factors, the upload speed, the size of the file (current maximum 1 GB or 20 minute video allowed) and the encoding time, once the file finished uploading. 

From what we hear the encoding of the video takes roughly one minute.  Future support for webcams is also in the works.  Another great feature is that people can e-mail their videos from their mobile device to u@twitvid.io and it will be processed.  Firs you will have to link your e-mail account, before e-mailing the video to TwitVid. 

Only one thing though, why TwitVid.io?
