Last week we were talking about Twitter search and what are the proposed capabilities.   No one is sure how long it will take before its fully functional, but it seems that another company, OneRiot, is launching the same functionality today!

Some of the functions promised but OneRiot are scanning tweets, Digg link search, and soon they are hoping to implement live search results from a wide range of social networks.  There are couple of ways they are planning to do this.  First, they will not only crawl just tweets and diggs, but is actually the pages behind the links themselves.   Second, this is all done in real-time!  Proposed indexing time is roughly 35 seconds!  Sounds great.  Now let do some testing .
